Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prospect for new clients and convert them into valuable business opportunities, focusing on those in need of ITSM, FAM, and KYC solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for new distribution channels and campaigns. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals, articulating the value of MeltX's IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions, which offer enhanced visibility, control, and optimization of IT assets. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and management teams to align business development strategies with company goals. Forecast sales objectives, track performance, and provide accurate weekly reports. Represent MeltX at industry events, conferences, and client sites as needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MeltX's products, services, and relevant industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in enterprise software or IT solutions. Prior experience handling BFSI Vertical and Cooperative banks is highly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong IT fluency and ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts into business benefits. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
