Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will leverage your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand client needs, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and close deals.  


Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.  
  • Act as a trusted advisor and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.


Product Demonstrations and Presentations:

  • Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Clearly articulate technical concepts and translate them into business benefits.
  • Customize presentations to meet the specific needs of each client.


Sales and Negotiation:

  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports.


Travel and Site Visits:

  • Travel to client sites as needed to conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Tool & product knowledge:
  • Become a subject matter expert on the company's products and services.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.  
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.  
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong understanding of human behavior and the ability to build rapport.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
