Job Description Job Summary: (preferably IT-sector) We are looking for a tech-savvy Procurement Specialist to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring IT hardware, software licenses, and digital products. The ideal candidate has strong vendor management skills, understands the IT hardware landscape, and ensures cost-effective and timely procurement aligned with our business needs. Responsibilities Sourcing and Procurement: Identifying and sourcing IT hardware components (e.g., servers, network equipment, desktops, laptops, Printer, Hardware accessories ) for various customers, ensuring to match requirements from Salesperson Good understanding of IT products like laptops, desktops, servers, Audio Visual equipment’s, and IT accessories. Take the pricing for from different hardware vendor and negotiate to give best pricing for salesperson Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing, with a focus on IT hardware. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT hardware specifications, trends, and technologies is essential. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate favourable terms with vendors and secure cost-effective buying. Vendor Management Existing relationships with IT hardware and software suppliers are preferred Maintain positive and professional relationships with vendors to get the best pricing and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise. Track orders and ensure timely delivery Acquire and examine the invoice as per the sales order Maintain the vendor payment for timely payment the supplier. Maintain updated records to accounts team of purchased products, delivery information to the delivery team for effective and timely product delivery to customer. Qualifications: Language candidate should be fluent in Kannada and English and understand Hindi. The ideal candidate will oversee accounting functions including ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, compliance, and monthly reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage a small team. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and resolve audit findings.
