Anuschka Leather is known for its hand-painted designs that narrate stories through each product, and they are looking for someone dynamic to lead their sales and business development initiatives across India. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans. - Manage and expand the client base while ensuring exceptional service. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to place products in MBOs, high-end retailers, and boutiques. - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. - Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely product delivery. - Conduct regular store visits to assess product availability and display. - Gather and analyze customer feedback for product improvements and new developments. - Evaluate stock levels and manage inventory effectively. Candidate Requirements: - Strong planning and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Dynamic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual. - Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel as needed. - Desirable: Experience in channel sales and establishing distribution networks. - Preferred Industry Background: Fashion, cosmetics, beauty, or consumer durables.
