Role Split

• 70% Talent Acquisition

• 30% Operations Support

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring cycle for multiple roles across industries.

• Strong focus on non-IT hiring closures, with proven track record of delivering in volume and quality.

• Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates across Pan-India locations.

• Build and maintain effective pipelines using job portals, social media, referrals, and vendor networks.

• Support HR operations in areas like joining formalities, MIS reporting, and compliance.

Eligibility

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 1–3 years of relevant HR recruitment experience.

• Must have hands-on closure experience in non-IT talent acquisition.

• Exposure to BFSI/Service-sector hiring will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
