Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Business Development Executive located in Noida. The Sales & Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong business relationships. The role involves daily activities such as market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, attending client meetings, and achieving business targets.


Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong understanding of business operations and account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and sustain positive business relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in sales or business development is highly desirable


Preferred Industries experience

Looking for person having in-depth exposures in primary packing material – flexible or rigid in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Beauty & Cosmetics industries. Person with prior sales experience in closure & container companies catering to Cosmetic, Liquor, Pharma, FMCG industries will be preferred.


Experience

  • Experience in packaging industry.
  • Should have experience of developing & Managing large customer base in given market.
  • Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office package and IT literate
  • Basic Business acumen


Duties &Responsibility

  • Developing & Managing relationships with key stake holders in the selected clients.
  • Exponentially Increasing client base in above industries.
  • Proposition in B2B industry, preferably in packaging related field.
  • Writing business proposals for all the newly developed customers.
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Establish relationship with end customer.

  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs by identifying new markets, assessing customer requirements, engaging with customer, forecasting business; driving targeted market share
  • Researching business opportunities for company products in above markets.
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

Language

Hindi and English knowledge is must. (Verbal / Written / understand)
