Sales & Business Development Executive

🏢 About the Role We are looking for energetic and goal-driven Sales & Business Development Executives to join our growing e-commerce team. This role combines direct sales (through abandoned cart recovery calls) and business development (exploring local reseller and bulk-buying opportunities across India). The right candidate is someone who’s confident on calls, enjoys research, understands customer behaviour, and is eager to contribute to a fast-growing brand.   🧩 Key Responsibilities Abandoned Cart Recovery & Customer Conversions Business Development & Reseller Research Performance Tracking & Reporting 💰 Compensation & Incentives Fixed base salary (as per experience) Attractive incentive structure for each process (Retail / B2B) Performance bonuses and recognition for top performers 🕒 Work Mode & Schedule First 1–3 months: Work From Office (for training & performance monitoring) Post-probation: Eligible for Work From Home (based on performance) If performance drops below the expected level, Work From Office will be reinstated immediately. Standard work hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday 🧠 Skills & Requirements Excellent verbal communication (English + Hindi required) Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality Basic computer & CRM skills (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.) Prior experience in telesales, e-commerce, or business development preferred (but not mandatory) Ability to research and gather leads independently Comfortable handling both B2C and B2B calls 🌱 Growth & Learning Opportunities Hands-on experience in e-commerce, retail, and fragrance industry sales Opportunity to move into senior roles such as Team Lead / Sales Trainer / Business Development Manager based on performance Exposure to multi-channel sales (retail, wholesale, raw materials) 📍 Location HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work From Office for first 1–3 months; hybrid options later)
