Job Description:
We are looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team in Mohali. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving growth, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and follow up on sales inquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and customers
• Conduct regular sales calls and client meetings
• Maintain and update the client database
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
• Own conveyance with a valid driving license (mandatory)
• Willingness to join immediately or within a short notice period
