Our specialization includes custom-built SPM, advanced PLC control panels for testing fixtures, and smart conveyor assembly lines. We also supply premium pneumatic components from Metal Work Pneumatics. With a commitment to quality, reliability, and innovation, we aim to deliver scalable and cost-effective automation solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Gurugram. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing client accounts, generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and understanding customer needs. The role includes making sales presentations, preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. The Sales Associate will also maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
Market Research and Business Development abilities
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in the industrial automation sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
