Role

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce
BOXWAGON SHIPPING LINE PRIVATE LIMITED
and its services.
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening techniques.
Present and explain the benefits of our shipping solutions to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update the CRM system accordingly.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to enhance sales effectiveness.

& responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the shipping or international logistics industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging phone manner.
Strong negotiation and Business acquisition skills, with the ability to overcome objections and convert leads into sales.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Knowledge of shipping terminology, processes, and industry regulations is desirable.
Masters in business administration with Marketing will be is a plus point and any bachelors degree field.
