The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through direct customer interaction, relationship building, and on-ground sales activities. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local market research. Promote and sell MoneyMasterz financial products (Loans, Insurance, Investments, etc.) within assigned territory. Meet customers at their home/office, explain product offerings, and close sales. Maintain strong relationships with customers and local partners to ensure repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets consistently. Collect documentation, verify details, and coordinate with internal teams for processing. Provide daily updates on field activities, leads generated, and conversions. Build a strong network within the local market for faster sales penetration. Key Requirements: Qualification: Graduates and MBA. MBA Freshers are also welcome to join the team 0–3 years of field sales experience (Financial sales preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
