About the Role

Join our Sales team to drive revenue across Safina Ventures’ service lines. You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with leadership on strategy, and help shape offers and proposals. Ideal for someone from an agency background who understands how the agency sales cycle works.


Requirements:

Essential

  • Proven experience in a sales role with a strong track record against targets
  • Agency sales exposure, preferably marketing services
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling at 1–2 lakh price points
  • Familiarity with CRM hygiene, pipeline forecasting, and proposal building
  • Exposure to Marketing, Media, and Hospitality sectors

  • What You'll Do:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the sales efforts for all services offered by Safina Ventures, including Marketing, Media, and Hospitality sectors (In-bound and Outbound)
    • Build an outbound pipeline and manage end-to-end sales cycle - talking to the lead, scheduling and being in the meeting, working on proposal, rolling it out, follow up, closure
    • Qualify inbound leads and progress them through the funnel
    • Maintain CRM hygiene, track proposals, and report on pipeline health
    • Actively work on developing new offerings and fine tuning our proposals and other sales & marketing materials
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels like partnerships, events and so on
    • Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
    • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and implement effective sales strategies
    • Work with finance team to ensure invoicing on managed clients is happening in a timely manner
    • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Head of Sales
    • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required
