Our offerings include software development, cloud solutions, DevOps, AI & data services, and managed IT services. Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle for IT service offerings. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation platforms. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pricing documentation tailored to client needs. Collaborate with technical teams to understand service capabilities and match them with customer requirements. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead, prospect, and customer information. Participate in sales meetings, client calls, and follow-ups to ensure deal progression. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and technology solutions to effectively position our services. Attend industry events, webinars, and trade shows (if applicable). Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or software solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and explain IT solutions. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), MS Office Suite, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Nice To Have Prior experience selling to international clients (especially US, UK, or Middle East markets). Familiarity with SaaS, cloud platforms, or custom software development. Experience with outbound lead generation or working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
