Job Title: SDE II – Backend Developer
Experience: 5 -7 yearsLocation: NovoStack™ Sec 62 NoidaEmployment Type: Full-timeWe're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join NovoStack and help us build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.✅ What You’ll DoDesign and implement scalable backend systems and RESTful APIsOwn backend modules end-to-end with a focus on performance and reliabilityDesign and manage SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) & NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databasesCollaborate across teams to deliver seamless backend–frontend integrationOptimize performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system securityMentor junior developers and conduct code reviewsSet up and maintain CI/CD pipelines🛠️ What We’re Looking For:Strong experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js/NestJSProficiency in SQL and NoSQL databasesKnowledge of microservices, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)Experience with Git, automated testing, and secure coding practicesGreat problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindsetNice to Have: Python, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Serverless (AWS Lambda), Agile experience📩 Share you resume at riya.chaudhary@novostack.com
