Job Title: Sales Associate – 7 Bazaari

Location: Green Park & Other Locations in South Delhi

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in retail (Food Retail preferred)

Job Summary

7 Bazaari is looking for a warm, responsible, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with store billing, follow SOPs diligently, and enjoy creating a delightful in-store experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, premium in-store experience

• Assist customers with product selection and recommendations

• Handle billing and POS operations accurately at the store

• Manage cash and billing procedures responsibly

• Follow all SOPs, hygiene standards, and store processes

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and visual presentation of the store

• Work collaboratively with store staff and team members

• Perform basic Microsoft Excel data entry and simple reporting

• Support stock handling, replenishment, and daily store operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales

• Experience in food retail / FMCG / specialty food stores is an added advantage

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Familiarity with billing systems / POS software

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry level)

• Disciplined, process-oriented, and detail-focused

Sales & Store Performance

Hiring & Training (Primary Focus)

• Lead hiring of store teams and Store Managers

• Conduct regular training on product knowledge, SOPs, and sales skills

• Mentor teams through store visits, reviews, and performance feedback

Operations & SOPs

• Ensure strict adherence to retail SOPs, hygiene, inventory, and cash handling

• Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams for smooth stock flow

• Monitor shrinkage, damages, and operational discipline

Reporting

• Review MIS, manpower productivity, and store-wise performance reports

• Share insights and corrective actions with management

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in retail sales and operations

• Experience managing multi-store retail chains

• Background in aspirational mass, premium, or luxury retail preferred

• Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills

• Process-driven with solid understanding of SOPs and operations

• Passionate about hiring, training, and people development
