Sales Associate

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Sales Associate- EdTech who can engage with prospective students, understand their aspirations, and successfully convert inquiries into confirmed admissions. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy counseling, relationship-building, and achieving targets in a dynamic education environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential students through calls, emails, and messages to explain available courses and programs
• Provide structured and personalized counseling to convert inquiries into successful admissions
• Maintain regular and systematic follow-ups with leads to ensure maximum conversion
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets as assigned
• Ensure consistent performance in lead-to-admission conversion ratios
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with students and parents to enhance trust and retention

Qualifications & Experience

• Any Graduate (Education/Management background preferred)
• Experience in admissions, education counseling, or inside sales is an advantage
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
