Job Title: B2B Sales Executive / Manager – Textile & Garments

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive/Manager with experience in the textile and garment industry to develop and manage business relationships with wholesalers, retailers, brands, buying houses, and institutional clients. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and maintaining long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and onboard new B2B clients (brands, retailers, exporters, buying houses, distributors)
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
  • Understand client requirements related to fabric, garments, pricing, MOQ, lead times, and quality
  • Present product samples, catalogs, and pricing proposals to clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to close sales
  • Coordinate with production, sourcing, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution
  • Track sales orders, payments, and delivery schedules
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings (domestic/international)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion, Business, or Marketing (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in textiles/garments (fabric or apparel)
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Textile fabrics (woven/knits, blends, GSM, finishes)
  • Garment manufacturing processes
  • Costing and pricing
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and email communication
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows

Preferred Experience

  • Existing buyer network in textile or garment industry
  • Experience working with buying houses or fashion brands

  • Monthly and annual sales targets achieved
  • Number of new B2B accounts acquired
  • Client retention and repeat orders
  • Order profitability and margin control
  • Timely order execution and customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,499.64 per month
