Location: On-site (Hafeezpet, Hyderabad) Working Days: 6 days/week Position Type: Full-time Expertise Required: Fabrics and Indian embroidery techniques Roles & Responsibilities: • Design bridal and festive wear outfits such as lehengas, gowns, and fusion ensembles • Develop concept boards, sketches, and technical drawings for collections and custom orders • Select high-quality fabrics, trims, and embellishments suitable for luxury ethnic wear • Work closely with embroidery artisans and production teams to execute intricate designs • Supervise the complete design-to-production process, ensuring premium finishing • Conduct fittings and oversee alterations to achieve the desired fit and silhouette • Research and integrate current trends in bridal and festive fashion • Innovate with embroidery layouts, surface ornamentation, and draping techniques • Ensure timely delivery of samples and client orders with consistent quality control • Collaborate with marketing and styling teams for shoots and promotional content Show more Show less
