Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Fashion Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of women’s wear design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into commercially viable designs aligned with the Hashboosh aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design new Indo-Western and contemporary casualwear collections for women.
• Create detailed technical drawings and spec sheets for production.
• Work closely with pattern makers, tailors, and the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Research trends in fabrics, colors, and silhouettes suitable for the brand’s positioning.
• Review samples and ensure quality, fit, and finish align with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to align design output with brand campaigns and launch schedules.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in apparel design (experience in women’s wear preferred).
• Strong creative and technical design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software.
• Sound knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and a commitment to meet deadlines.
• A strong sense of aesthetics, originality, and market awareness.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
