About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Fashion Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in garment design, embroidery development, and rotary digital printing. You will collaborate closely with production and design teams to develop innovative collections that align with current fashion trends and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new garment collections with a strong focus on embroidery and print concepts.
• Create detailed design sketches, tech packs, and mood boards.
• Work with rotary digital printing techniques and embroidery layouts.
• Coordinate with the sampling and production teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
• Conduct trend, color, and fabric research to bring fresh design ideas.
• Visit the Boisar plant once or twice a week for production reviews and fabric coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of collections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fashion and garment design.
• Strong knowledge of embroidery design, rotary digital printing, and fabric detailing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
• Excellent understanding of garment construction, fits, and finishes.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
