Fashion Designer – Pooja Wang Couture

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative, detail-orientated fashion designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, a strong sense of aesthetics, and an understanding of luxury detailing suited for couture and kidswear.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and design new seasonal collections aligned with the Pooja Wang aesthetic.
• Develop sketches, mood boards, and digital illustrations for upcoming styles.
• Source and select fabrics, trims, and embellishments with a focus on luxury craftsmanship.
• Coordinate with the production and embroidery teams to ensure precise execution of designs.
• Stay updated with global fashion trends, colour forecasts, and couture detailing.
• Participate in fittings and ensure final products meet quality and design expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in couture, kidswear, or high-end fashion.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, surface ornamentation, and garment construction.
• Creative eye for colour, texture, and silhouette.
• Attention to detail and passion for creating timeless couture pieces.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
