Fashion Designer – Pooja Wang Couture Location: New Delhi, India Experience: 2–5 years (Luxury Kidswear) Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative, detail-orientated fashion designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, a strong sense of aesthetics, and an understanding of luxury detailing suited for couture and kidswear. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualise and design new seasonal collections aligned with the Pooja Wang aesthetic. Develop sketches, mood boards, and digital illustrations for upcoming styles. Source and select fabrics, trims, and embellishments with a focus on luxury craftsmanship. Coordinate with the production and embroidery teams to ensure precise execution of designs. Stay updated with global fashion trends, colour forecasts, and couture detailing. Participate in fittings and ensure final products meet quality and design expectations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or equivalent. 2–5 years of experience in couture, kidswear, or high-end fashion. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software. Strong understanding of fabrics, surface ornamentation, and garment construction. Creative eye for colour, texture, and silhouette. Attention to detail and passion for creating timeless couture pieces. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
