Fashion Designer

In this role, you will be responsible for Trend Research and Analysis to stay updated on current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and emerging styles. You will need to create relevant and appealing designs based on your findings. Your key responsibilities will include: - Design Conceptualization: You will develop design ideas by sketching concepts and creating mood boards to visualize your ideas. - Technical Design: This involves creating patterns, selecting fabrics, and overseeing the creation of prototypes or samples. - Production Oversight: You will collaborate with various teams such as pattern makers and manufacturers to ensure the final product aligns with your vision and meets quality standards. - Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with other designers, merchandising teams, marketing teams, and production staff to ensure that designs are cohesive and aligned with business goals. - Presenting Designs: You will often present your work to clients, buyers, or other stakeholders, showcasing your designs and gathering feedback. - Brand Alignment: You will ensure that your designs align with the overall brand identity and target market. - Staying Informed: Keeping up with new materials, techniques, and sustainable practices is crucial for this role.
