Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-driven fashion designer with a strong sensibility for premium menswear, particularly shirting. The role focuses on developing refined print, color, and embroidery concepts that align with a fabric-first luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Research global luxury menswear trends with a focus on shirts.
• Design original and sophisticated print artworks with precise placement aesthetics.
• Develop elevated colour palettes and distinctive seasonal shades suitable for premium collections.
• Conceptualize and design subtle, tasteful embroidery that enhances garment value.
• Build complete design stories and concepts for each collection.
• Ensure all designs reflect understated luxury, refinement, and timeless appeal.
• Collaborate closely with sampling, production, and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Maintain consistency with brand identity while introducing fresh creative direction.
• Oversee design execution from concept to final sampling.

Candidate Profile

• Strong passion for luxury menswear and shirt design.
• Excellent eye for color, balance, detailing, and refinement.
• Ability to translate concepts into commercially viable designs.
• Women candidates are preferred.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional design sensibility or experienced candidates are welcome.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
