Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Male Sales Executive to join our Tellapur showroom team. The ideal candidate will be below 30 years of age, possess excellent English communication skills, and have a passion for customer service and sales. You will be responsible for driving showroom sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to the store's revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, understand their requirements, and provide expert advice on Damro's product range.
  • Achieve and exceed individual & store monthly sales targets.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotions effectively.
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales service coordination.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, pricing, and ongoing offers.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Maintain the showroom floor aesthetics and product display standards.
  • Collect customer feedback and market intelligence for reporting to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Gender: Male (as per company's current hiring policy for this role).
  • Age: Below 30 years.
  • Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in retail sales (preferably in furniture, appliances, or luxury retail). Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered.
  • Language: Excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory. Proficiency in Hindi and local language is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, presentable appearance, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
