Job Description

Join: Immediate Joiner PreferrediSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of sales and vendor/partner management.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Partner Success Executive with experience in both sales and vendor/partner management. The candidate will support and manage truck owners on the platform while also driving partner onboarding and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with truck owners for long-term retention
Conduct outreach to onboard new partners and convert leads
Coordinate with internal teams for trip allocation, payments, documentation, and query resolution
Follow up for POD submission, documentation, and payment updates
Educate partners on app features, processes, and updates
Resolve partner concerns promptly with empathy
Maintain clear records of interactions, trip status, and partner feedback
Re-engage inactive/low-performing partners through structured follow-ups
Support sales-driven initiatives to improve trip volumes and partner activity.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce or relevant field
1-2 years of experience in sales + vendor/partner management (logistics/transport preferred)
Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, field + coordination environment.
