Sales and Operations Manager

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the business development team to drive growth and achieve revenue targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategies for market expansion and customer acquisition. - Setting and monitoring sales and profitability targets for all outlets and the central kitchen. - Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Overseeing inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels and cost control. - Collaborating with outlet managers to improve sales performance and operational efficiency. - Analyzing market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies. - Ensuring alignment of business activities with organizational goals and brand values. - Monitoring and optimizing the supply chain to support seamless operations across outlets. - Developing and implementing performance metrics to track and achieve business goals. - Preparing and presenting business performance reports to the Board of Directors. - Leading the planning and execution of new product launches and marketing campaigns. - Ensuring compliance with financial, legal, and operational policies across the business. - Guiding and mentoring the team, fostering a high-performance work environment. - Driving continuous improvement in processes to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. Candidates with 5+ years of experience and from the Hospitality industry are preferred.
