Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives Generate leads, conduct client outreach, and convert prospects into long-term customers Manage customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing campaigns and promotional content Train and mentor junior sales team members as needed Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products/services and industry developments Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (2–6 years preferred) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client needs Demonstrated skills in sales planning, lead generation, and pipeline management Confident in making presentations, negotiating deals, and closing sales Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools or marketing software is a plus Why Join Us?
