Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Kochi. The role involves managing and driving sales initiatives, developing and executing marketing strategies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions for sales teams, and contributing to effective sales management practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct training sessions and mentor sales teams
• Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales and marketing software is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
