Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Gurugram, HR + Pune, MH + Coimbatore, TN + Bhopal, MP. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and delivering training to ensure customers understand products and services. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also oversee sales initiatives, identify business opportunities, and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Customer Service and relationship-building techniques
• Demonstrated capability in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to create and deliver impactful Training programs
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in the renewable energy sector or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools is desirable
• Minimum 5 years in Solar Direct sales mandatory.
