Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of proven experience in sales and digital marketing. This is a full-time remote role for a professional who can independently drive lead generation, execute digital marketing initiatives, and convert opportunities into successful business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting and technology environment. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Sales & Business Development Conduct cold calls and outbound sales outreach to generate qualified leads Manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and conversions Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline Maintain CRM records and track leads, opportunities, and closures Build long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction 🔹 Digital Marketing & Growth Create and manage SEO-optimized blogs and website content Plan and execute social media marketing (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.) Support brand positioning and online visibility initiatives Assist in developing marketing collateral, campaigns, and lead magnets Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve outreach strategies 🔹 Client Engagement & Support Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth solution delivery Act as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle Required Skills & Qualifications 3–4 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development Strong communication, persuasion, and customer engagement skills Proven experience in sales, cold calling, and lead generation Hands-on experience with email marketing, SEO content writing, and social media marketing Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with IT, AI, IoT, SaaS, or technology consulting is a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory) What We Offer Fully remote work environment Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies Performance-driven growth and learning opportunities Exposure to international clients and innovative projects Collaborative and entrepreneurial work culture
