Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Gurugram. The role involves conducting market research, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and addressing customer needs. The specialist will also be responsible for providing customer service, training clients or team members as required, and achieving sales targets by identifying opportunities and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging with clients and ensuring satisfaction
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management tasks, including achieving targets and managing accounts
• Experience in organizing and delivering Training sessions to clients or team members
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Previous experience in sales or marketing roles and familiarity with the service industry are advantageous
