Position Overview


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, promoting our services, and establishing Path Idea InfoTech as a leading software development company in the region and beyond.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Activities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software development sector
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our software solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports


Marketing Activities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with the development team to create case studies and success stories
  • Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities


Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Gather client feedback and communicate requirements to the development team
  • Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the IT/Software industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to clients


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in selling software development services
  • Knowledge of web and mobile application development processes
  • Familiarity with the Chhattisgarh business landscape
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
  • Professional certifications in sales or digital marketing
