Sales & Marketing Specialist – Industrial Valves Location: Ankleshwar / Bharuch, Gujarat Experience: 2–5 Years (Must be from the valve industry ) Company: Nilon Valves Pvt. Ltd. Ltd., a trusted name in the industrial valve manufacturing sector, is looking for a highly driven Sales & Marketing Specialist with deep knowledge of industrial valves . The ideal candidate is from the valve industry , preferably based in Ankleshwar or Bharuch , and has a strong record of building customer relationships and achieving sales targets in the B2B industrial segment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive valve product sales. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across chemical, petrochemical, and manufacturing sectors. Build and maintain strong client relationships with plant managers, procurement heads, and consultants. Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine go-to-market strategies. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits across Gujarat. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve technical or delivery-related queries efficiently. Collaborate closely with internal teams including production and quality for seamless order execution. Must-Have Qualifications & Skills 2–5 years of experience in sales/marketing of industrial valves Deep understanding of gate, globe, check, ball, and butterfly valves Strong local market knowledge of Ankleshwar, Bharuch, and surrounding industrial zones Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong network in the process industry (chemical, pharma, oil & gas, etc.) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati Good-to-Have Skills Mechanical Engineering or Diploma background Knowledge of ISO/API standards Experience in digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, email campaigns, lead generation) Existing client base in Gujarat’s industrial belt Ability to travel and attend industry expos/trade shows Why Join Nilon Valves Pvt.
