The Opportunity

This isn't a typical sales job; it's a business partnership. We are seeking an exclusive City Partner for Ajmer to own the sales and marketing of our premier hotel management software. As our sole representative in the city, you will be the face of Go Your Hotel, building a lucrative business on a profit-sharing basis. Your success is our success, and your earnings are directly tied to the results you generate.

Role Description

As a City Partner, you will be responsible for the entire business development lifecycle in your designated territory. This includes identifying and engaging potential clients (hotels, resorts, guesthouses), demonstrating the value of our software, and closing deals. You will operate with the autonomy of a business owner, backed by our technology and brand support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the exclusive representative for Go Your Hotel in your city.
• Develop and execute a local sales and marketing strategy to acquire new hotel clients.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers in the hospitality sector.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with hotel owners and managers.
• Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to our software platform.
• Represent the company at local industry events and build a strong professional network.

Qualifications & Who We're Looking For:

• An Entrepreneurial Mindset:

  You are a self-starter, motivated by results, and eager to build something of your own.

• Proven Sales Experience:

  Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, software, or technology sales.

• Hospitality Insight:

  Strong understanding of the hotel industry's operations and challenges is a major plus.

• Excellent Communicator:

  You possess exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Independent & Driven:

  Ability to manage your own schedule, set ambitious goals, and work autonomously to achieve them.

• Local Market Knowledge:

  A strong existing network within the Ajmer hospitality community is a significant advantage.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
