Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to develop and execute strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing techniques, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into sales. Key Responsibilities Sales Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals. - Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction. - Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. Marketing Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement marketing campaigns (digital & traditional) to promote products/services. - Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and create engaging content. - Optimize SEO, email marketing, and PPC campaigns to increase brand visibility. - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. - Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials (brochures, ads, videos). - Organize and participate in trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events. Analytics & Reporting - Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and social media insights. - Adjust strategies based on data to maximize ROI. - Prepare reports on sales and marketing KPIs for management review. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - **2+ years of experience in sales and marketing** (B2B/B2C). - Strong knowledge of **digital marketing tools** (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing). - Proficiency in CRM software. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Skills - Experience with content marketing (blogging, video marketing). - Familiarity with marketing automation tools. - Graphic design basics (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
