Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire and retain customers. They will perform market research, coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, and provide excellent customer service. Additionally, the specialist will conduct training sessions for the sales team, manage sales reports, and analyze performance data to continually improve sales processes.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Capability to conduct effective Training sessions
Strong analytical skills for performance data analysis
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the technology or AI industry is a plus
