Position Overview We’re looking for a dedicated, energetic, and relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of sales and marketing fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for connecting with people. You will be responsible for driving sales, developing brand awareness, and creating meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and partners across Kolkata and beyond. Key Responsibilities • Identify, approach, and engage companies, cafés, restaurants, and distributors to introduce and sell our cold brew products. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty. • Develop and execute marketing campaigns — both online and offline — to grow the brand’s visibility and reach. • Organize and participate in promotional events, tastings, and brand activations. • Collaborate with the marketing team to design strategies that align with the brand’s growth goals. • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market insights to improve sales and marketing performance. • Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity. Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). • 1–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client relationship management. • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Self-motivated, dedicated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. • A positive attitude and a passion for coffee and customer connection.
