Role Overview: You are a highly motivated and result-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in selling technology services and solutions. Thriving in a fast-paced environment and understanding B2B technology sales cycles are essential for this role. Your creative edge in marketing will also be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, research, and prospect potential clients through various channels like cold calls, emails, events, social media, and targeted campaigns. - Qualify leads based on need, budget, decision-making authority, and alignment with service offerings. - Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets consistently. - Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client pain points and effectively position ACL Digital's solutions. - Define, shape, and evolve ACL's brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels. - Execute targeted marketing campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness goals. - Manage digital campaigns such as email marketing, Google Ads, paid search, retargeting, social media, tracking performance, and optimizing for ROI. Qualification Required: - 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing for technology services (IT, SaaS, or digital transformation preferred). - Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, consultative selling, and solution-based sales. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing campaigns. - Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and pipeline health. - Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.,
