Sales & Marketing Specialist (Team Lead)

Location: Kerala (Onsite; client visits as needed)

Compensation: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month fixed + uncapped performance incentives per sale

Role

Own revenue growth across B2B solutions and B2C training, lead a small sales/marketing pod, and work closely with marketing and engineering to move prospects from first touch to paid customers. You’ll forecast, coach, and improve the funnel week by week.

What you’ll do

• Lead 3–6 teammates (SDRs/telecallers/marketers): goals, coaching, reviews.

• Build healthy pipeline coverage and progress deals through disciplined follow-ups.

• Run discovery, demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations.

• Report weekly on pipeline, conversion, and forecast;

• Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, lists, and content to improve conversions.

• Work comfortably with Kerala and GCC prospects (timezone and language).

What makes you a fit

• 3+ years in tech/edtech sales; team-lead experience preferred.

• Malayalam fluency; clear written/spoken English.

• Proven numbers: meetings/week, win rate, cycle time, recent personal revenue.

• Hands-on with , WhatsApp/LinkedIn outreach, and basic spreadsheet reporting.
