Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager for Ronicz Technovationz Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing AI and technology company in Kochi, Kerala, your role will involve leading and driving technical sales for AI and software products. You will be responsible for negotiating with company heads, closing high-value deals, and coordinating with the technical team to deliver AI training and project solutions to clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate 5-10 lakh in monthly sales revenue, with the target starting from Month 1. - Lead the sales & telecalling team by setting clear KPIs and ensuring daily reporting. - Conduct client meetings, demos, and field visits to successfully close B2B and B2C deals. - Develop and maintain a pipeline across AI training programs, AI software, and hardware projects. - Collaborate with the tech and marketing teams to create proposals, quotations, and ensure post-sale delivery. - Confidently negotiate contracts with company heads and decision-makers. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in technical/B2B sales or software solution selling. - Strong negotiation, communication, and client handling skills. - Basic understanding of tech concepts such as AI, software products, or hardware. - Leadership mindset with the ability to effectively guide a small team. - Willingness to engage in client visits, presentations, and fieldwork. In return, you can expect a fixed salary ranging from 25,000 to 35,000 per month (based on experience), along with percentage-based incentives on every closed deal.
