Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Nagercoil. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will focus on building and managing customer relationships, generating leads, executing sales strategies, providing training sessions, and improving overall sales performance. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contributing to the company's growth in the gasket manufacturing sector. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage and address client needs Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets Experience in conducting Training sessions to empower and enhance the sales team Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Proficiency in relevant tools and technology is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
