Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will handle day-to-day responsibilities including developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing training sessions for clients and staff, and supporting the sales team with management tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra, requiring proactive engagement with new and existing customers to drive growth and satisfaction across both units of the Accurate Homeopathy Group. 𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 ● Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, understand their requirements, and provide effective solutions. ● Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including planning, execution, target achievement, and overall operational oversight. ● Hands-on exposure to E-commerce platforms and Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on sales growth, online customer engagement, and educational/product awareness initiatives. ● Ability to train, guide, and educate internal teams, sales staff, or external partners to improve performance and product understanding. ● Proficient in using billing and invoicing applications/software, with the ability to manage sales records, transactions, and basic accounting processes efficiently. ● Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment. ● Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry will be considered an added advantage. MBA or BBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing is preferred; however, relevant practical experience will also be valued.
