As a Customer Success and Relationship Management professional, you will play a crucial role in serving as the primary point of contact for global AI developers and radiology AI companies. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing strong partner relationships, ensuring customer success by aligning solutions with clinical and research goals, and leading onboarding processes for new AI partners. Additionally, you will provide in-depth training and support for integrating AI solutions, enabling partners to optimize technology within their radiology workflows. In the realm of Project Management, you will be tasked with overseeing end-to-end project delivery, managing deployment timelines, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation. You will also engage proactively with partners to address deployment or integration issues, troubleshoot technical challenges, and provide effective support to uphold partner satisfaction. Your role will involve conducting market research, monitoring AI and radiology trends, and contributing insights that influence product direction and market relevance. Commercial Negotiations will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as you support pricing discussions, contracts, and strategic agreements. You will need to balance favorable commercial outcomes with sustainable relationships while representing company interests and nurturing long-term partnerships. Gathering feedback, feature requests, and customization needs from partners will also be part of your duties, collaborating with product and engineering teams to prioritize enhancements and address partner requirements effectively. Your communication skills will be essential, as you translate technical, clinical, and AI concepts for diverse stakeholder groups, facilitate alignment across internal teams and global collaborators, and ensure clear and consistent communication throughout project lifecycles. Building rapport and trust with partners, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high levels of engagement and satisfaction will be crucial for driving shared success. To excel in this role, you should ideally have 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or partnerships within the healthcare, technology, or SAAS industry. Familiarity with clinical or research environments, medical imaging technologies, and AI applications in healthcare is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, project management experience, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are also key requirements for this position.
