Job Description
Job Title: Sales & Marketing Representative
Company: Singhania Overseas limited (Tradeila)
Location: Gurugram On-site
Salary: ₹15,000-₹25,000 per month + incentives
Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B leads (importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, distributors).
Do outreach via calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings.
Understand client needs and pitch Tradeila's sourcing, QC, logistics, and documentation services.
Manage the sales pipeline and follow up until closure.
Maintain records of leads and deals in CRM/Sheets.
Support simple marketing tasks (LinkedIn posts, basic campaigns, follow-up messages).
Requirements
1-3 years in B2B sales and/or marketing (export-import/logistics/sourcing preferred).
Strong communication in English and Hindi.
Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.
Basic understanding of import-export or willingness to learn fast.
Familiar with LinkedIn for outreach.
