Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, manage a high-performing team, and drive revenue across various real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, excellent leadership capabilities, and a client-focused approach. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets. Drive sales for assigned residential and/or commercial projects. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service. Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits. Collaborate with developers for inventory updates, pricing, and project promotions. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities. Ensure regular reporting through CRM and provide sales forecasts and updates to management. Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives. Candidate Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 2+ years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Target-oriented with the ability to manage high-value clients and large transactions. Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and digital sales tools. Strong understanding of real estate market trends and buyer behavior.
