Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth, develop marketing strategies, and build brand awareness. This role involves a mix of direct sales, lead generation, marketing campaign execution, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing.
• Organize promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Willing to visit clients on daily basis
