EVENT MARKETING & SPONSORSHIP SALES INTERN (EXCLUSIVE) WITH BRAND TORQUE LLP – 2025. BRIEF JOB ROLE: We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to join our team as an Event Marketing & Sponsorship Sales Intern specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by building and nurturing strategic partnerships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and managing end-to-end sales for event partnerships. You will work closely with clients, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution and long-term business relationships. If you have a passion for sales, event coordination, and building strong client relationships, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our events and organization. Key Responsibilities – Event Marketing, Sponsorship Sales & Market Research 1. Sponsorship Sales & Partner Acquisition  Identify, approach, and secure sponsorships aligned with the event’s audience and goals.  Develop tailored partnership proposals, present to key decision-makers, and negotiate sponsorship deals that deliver ROI.  Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors for long-term collaboration and renewals. 2. Event Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution  Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive event awareness and attendance across digital, social, and traditional channels.  Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.  Create compelling content and communication strategies to enhance engagement before, during, and after the event. 3. Brand Collaborations & Activation Management  Work closely with sponsors to develop impactful brand activations and onsite/integrated experiences.  Ensure all sponsorship deliverables are executed effectively, maximizing sponsor visibility and engagement.  Coordinate with creative and production teams for seamless activation and brand alignment. 4. Market Research & Insights  Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to uncover new sponsorship and audience growth opportunities.  Analyze industry trends, audience behavior, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.  Prepare reports and insights to refine future marketing and sponsorship approaches. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong communication skills and a strategic approach to partnership sales and business development. SKILL SETS REQUIRED :  Microsoft Office (excel, word, ppt).  Email writing.  Excellent English Fluency (both Spoken & Written).  Good with Numbers.  Good communication and convincing skills.  Team Player.  Excellent Academic Background.  Eye for detail and keen to learn.  Aggressive and Ambitious. INTERNSHIP TENURE :  Minimum duration of 3 months.  Onsite . STIPEND & BENEFITS:  INR 5,000 fixed stipend per month  Additional incentives (%) will be awarded on each partnership value, as determined by management and communicated via email. However, the incentives are capped at a maximum of INR 50,000 per project.
