About the Role

Sales Auditor / Sales Intern

As a Sales Auditor / Intern, you will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to audit, monitor, and evaluate sales leads, follow-ups, and client interactions. You will ensure lead quality, verify proper classification of prospects, and support the team in generating accurate reports to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and verify sales leads daily to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain and update lead management sheets with proper classification (K1, K2, K3, etc.).
• Monitor telecalling activity, record outcomes, and highlight potential improvements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Sales & Marketing Head.
• Support in creating follow-up plans and scheduling interactions with high-potential clients.
• Assist the team in sales coordination, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Work on CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales reporting dashboards.

Requirements

• Graduate / pursuing MBA, BBA, or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn about luxury real estate & hospitality sales.
