Job Description

As the Sales & Marketing Head for OEM Plastic Products specializing in Air Conditioning & Washing Machine Spares, your role will involve expanding OEM partnerships for plastic injection moulded components in the mentioned industries. You will lead business development efforts, secure deals with companies requiring custom plastic products, and drive revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Business Development & OEM Partnerships:** - Identify and engage with HVAC, home appliance, and manufacturing companies in need of OEM plastic components. - Establish long-term partnerships with brands requiring custom plastic injection moulded parts. - Negotiate and finalize high-value B2B deals for bulk production and supply contracts. - **Sales Strategy & Market Expansion:** - Develop and implement sales strategies to enter new markets and industries. - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. - Explore both domestic and international markets for potential growth opportunities. - **Marketing & Brand Positioning:** - Establish a strong brand presence through digital marketing, participation in trade shows, and industry networking. - Collaborate with production and R&D teams to align product offerings with market demand. - Create tailored sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for potential clients. - **Customer Relationship Management (CRM):** - Manage client relationships from lead generation to after-sales service. - Understand clients" custom moulding and production requirements through close collaboration. - Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business through effective communication and service. **Key Requirements:** - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (Mechanical/Plastics preferred). - 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development in plastic injection moulding, HVAC, or home appliances. - Proven track record in OEM sales, deal negotiation, and strategic partnerships. - Strong networking skills with industry professionals and decision-makers. - Knowledge of plastic materials, moulding processes, and manufacturing capabilities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Technical sales experience in plastic components. - Understanding of supply chain and contract manufacturing for OEMs. - Exposure to export markets and global sales strategies.
